📲 Installation Instructions
- Click on the CERNBox icon on the top.
- Select Install on the dialog displayed.
- Go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management on your device.
- Select “ownCloud GmbH” under “Enterprise apps” and select “Trust in ownCloud GmbH”.
- Open the “CERN” app.
Known Issues
Disclaimer: the new app is still under development, and new versions are expected to solve existing issues. A stable release will eventually replace the existing CERNBox app in the App Store.
| The app is called "CERN" instead of "CERNBox" | The name will be changed in a future release. |
| Recurrent "Authorization failed" notification | Some actions might trigger a harmless "Authorization failed" notification. The application can continue to be used without user intervention. |
| Mixed content on "Quick Access" | The "Quick Access" view mixes personal and shared content inside the "Collections". |
| Share names under "Quick Access > Shared with you" | The share names point to absolute EOS paths, making harder to locate a particular share. |
| Blocked "Pro" features | References to Pro features (document scanner, markup documents, improved photo features and shortcut actions) that will be available later on. |
| File/Folder favorites don't work | Setting an item as favorite will generate an error in the "Status" tab as the server does not support these yet. |
